Classes (see below for camp policies)

Withdrawal Policy

No withdrawals (for either refund or credit) after the end of the first scheduled class of the session. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the office by email to tdottumblers@gmail.com by the end of the first scheduled class. Pro-rated withdrawals prior to this are subject to a $30 administrative withdrawal fee per child per class/program that you are withdrawing from and the Registration/Insurance fee is non-refundable once the registration is complete. Withdrawal requests received later than 48 hrs prior to the first class of the session will result in being charged for that class as well.

Transfer Policy

Transfers are allowed within a session space permitting. However, you will need to email us at tdottumblers@gmail.com to do transfers for you. Registering and paying for a second class is not considered a transfer and will result in withdrawal fees ($30 per class, per child).

COVID-19 Cancellations

Classes may be cancelled at any time due to the ongoing pandemic. If the government requires us or if T-Dot Tumblers needs to cancel the class/a portion of it (more than 2 weeks) due to a staff or student contracting COVID-19 or close contact to a COVID-19 case, payment will be issued as a credit to be used in future registrations. Refunds will not be possible.

Individual classes required to isolate due to staff or student exposure to COVID-19 would temporarily continue on Zoom, during the regular class timeslot.


Camps

Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal deadline in order to receive a credit or refund is 1 (one) week prior to the start date of the camp, there will be no exceptions. Withdrawals are subject to a $30 withdrawal fee per child per camp. Withdrawal or transfer requests must be submitted by email to tdottumblers@gmail.com. The annual registration/insurance fee is non-refundable once the registration is complete.

Transfer Policy

Transfer requests to another week of summer 2024 camp will be possible up until 72 hours prior to the first day of camp, space permitting and there are no fees for transfers.

COVID-19 Cancellations

The camp may be cancelled at any time due to the ongoing pandemic. If the government requires us to cancel camps, or if T-Dot Tumblers needs to cancel the camp or a portion of the camp due based on public health requirements, payment will be issued as a credit to be used in future registrations. Refunds will not be possible.
