Participants must be the minimum age by the start date of the session or camp. No exceptions are made.
Bustling Babies (ages 8mths-18mths)
45 min/wkA structured class where babies can explore the world of gymnastics with a specially set up visually stimulating circuit that will help develop the muscles needed for walking, running and all future physical activities. All classes will feature a warm-up where Baby and Caregiver can stretch and loosen up; a fun circuit featuring hanging, bouncing, rolling crawling up over and around, walking, sliding and; finally parachute or bubble time at the end of the class.
Caregiver and Tot (ages 18mths-4yrs)
55 min/wkA structured class where parents or caregivers can help their children explore the world of gymnastics under the direct supervision of a certified coach. Come and enjoy classes focused on fun and creative physical play. All classes will feature a warm-up; goal moves centered on the dominant movement patterns in gymnastics and parachute time at the end of the class. A great class to meet other families in the neighbourhood!
Kindernastics (age 3-5 - small group)
1 hr/wkCHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED and able to use gym toilet ON OWN. Our kinder classes are designed for girls and boys who are ready to start leaning basic gymnastics skills on their own under the guidance of one of our certified gymnastics coaches. Children have an opportunity to work on age appropriate activities and circuit work on all Olympic apparatus.
Girls Advanced Kindernastics (age 3-4)
3 hrs/wkBy invitation or tryout only. This program is for those girls who have exceptional listening skills and co-ordination for their age as well as a passion for the sport. Children must participate in two classes a week for a total of 3 hours/week.
Young Rec (formerly called Sr kinder) (age 4.5-6)
1 hr/wkCHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED and able to use gym toilet ON OWN. Our young rec classes are designed for girls and boys who are ready to start leaning basic gymnastics skills on their own under the guidance of one of our certified gymnastics coaches. Children have an opportunity to work on age appropriate activities and circuit work on all Olympic apparatus.
Recreational Gymnastics (ages 6-14)
1.5 hrs/wkRecreational classes focus on teaching gymnastics skills based on our own specially developed progressive 8 level system. Using fun and creative circuits, the athletes are taught and later tested on skills relating to each apparatus. Most importantly our rec program is a great opportunity for kids to have fun, make new friends and stay fit. At the end of each session, athletes will receive a certificate noting their achievements.
Trampoline and Tumbling (age 7-14)
1 hr/wk or 1.5 hrs/wk for the Advanced classCome bounce with us! Trampoline is an excellent way to increase endurance and coordination. In our trampoline and tumbling classes we begin by mastering basic skills and later progress to advanced moves. Fun and always challenging for all skill levels. Participants will learn skills on the trampoline, spring floor, tumble track and double-mini. Advanced class participants are required to alreay have a front and back salto and strong roundoff.

Girls Advanced Recreational (age 7-16)
2 hrs/wkFor those female athletes who have achieved level 7 or higher in our recreational program. Skill work is more advanced and tailored to each individual's strengths.
Please enquire about our 6 hr per week program or our Advanced Rec Meet Team. Those doing 6 hours can also particiapte in a mid-year in house meet where they can showcase the skills and routines learned throughout the year.
Boys Advanced Recreational (age 6+)
2 hrs/wk: $479 (hst included)For Boys who are at level 5 or higher in our recreational program or boys who display exceptional strength and listening skills. The program will now start to focus more on the men's apparatus as well as a greater emphasis on strength building. These athletes can participate in the Tumble Rumble in June where they can showcase the skills and routines learned throughout the year.
Adult and Teen Gymnastics and Trampoline (age 14+)
1.5 hr/wkNever too late to learn something new! Adult gymnastics is the perfect way to stay fit, improve your strength and flexibility, and have fun doing it. You set your goals and we help you to achieve them!
