45 min/wkA structured class where babies can explore the world of gymnastics with specially set up visually stimulating stations and activities that
will help develop the muscles needed for walking, running and all future physical activities. All classes will feature a warm-up where Baby
and Caregiver can stretch and loosen up; fun circuits featuring hanging, bouncing, rolling, crawling up over and around, walking, sliding,
and finally, parachute or bubble time at the end of the class.
45 min/wkA structured class where parents or caregivers can help their children explore the world of gymnastics under the direct supervision of a
certified coach. Come and enjoy structured classes focused on fun and creative physical play. All classes will feature a warm-up, moves
centred on the dominant movement patterns in gymnastics and parachute time at the end of the class. A great class to meet other families
in the neighbourhood!
55 min/wkCHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED & ABLE TO USE THE GYM TOILET ON THEIR OWN.
Our co-ed Kinder classes are for kids who are ready to start learning basic gymnastics skills with the guidance of our gymnastics coaches.
Children have an opportunity to work on age-appropriate activities and circuit work. Children will receive a participation ribbon in this
55 minutes (weekday), 1 hr 25 min/wk (weekend)CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED & ABLE TO USE THE GYM TOILET ON THEIR OWN.
Our co-ed Young Rec classes are for kids who are ready to start learning and progressing gymnastics skills with the guidance of our
gymnastics coaches. Children have an opportunity to work on age-appropriate activities and circuit work on all Olympic apparatuses.
Children will start to be assessed and receive progress reports in this program.
1 hr 25 min/wkRecreational classes focus on teaching gymnastics skills based on our specially developed 9-level system. Using fun and creative circuits
and stations, the athletes are taught and later tested on skills for each apparatus. Most importantly, our rec program is a great
opportunity or kids to have fun, make new friends and stay fit. At the end of each session, athletes will receive a report card.
55 min/wk or 1 hr 25 min/wk for the Advanced classTrampoline is an excellent way to increase endurance and coordination. In our trampoline and tumbling classes, we begin by mastering
basic skills like straddle and tuck jumps and cartwheels, progressing to swivel hips and round-offs. Fun and challenging for all skill levels.
Participants will learn skills on the trampoline, sprung floor, tumble track, and double-mini.
Advanced class participants MUST have a front & back salto and strong roundoff.

1 hr 55 min/wkFor female athletes in level 7+ in our recreational program. Skill work is more advanced and tailored to each individual's strengths.
Please enquire about our 6 hr per week program or our Xcel Team. Those doing 6 hours can also particiapte in a mid-year in house meet
where they can showcase the skills and routines learned throughout the year.
1 hr 55 min/wkFor male athletes in level 5+ in our recreational program who display exceptional strength and listening skills.
The program will focus more on the men's apparatus and put a greater emphasis on strength building. These athletes can participate in the
Tumble Rumble in June, where they can showcase the skills and routines learned throughout the year.
1 hr 25 min/wkNever too late to learn something new! Adult gymnastics is the perfect way to stay fit, improve your strength and flexibility, and have fun
