T-DOT Tumblers Competitive Program

Competitive gymnastics can lead to so many wonderful opportunities, including oportunities for NCAA scholarships. Participation in this level of the sport allows a venue for children and youth to build self esteem, learn about goal setting and make life long friends. Gymnastics, more than any other sport, allows an individual to develop a healthy and well rounded "fit" body. Competitive gymnasts develop flexibility, strength, power, spatial awareness and a sharp mind.

T-Dot Tumblers offers a full range of competitive gymnastics programs for girls only at this time, but plans to develop our boys pre-comp program into a competitive team in the near future or they can compete in the trampoline and Double Mini stream. Girls as young as 4 years old can begin to train for competitive in classes structured to build the basic fundamentals that the sport requires. Those age 5 and up train between 7 to 25 hours per week depending on age and level. For information or to schedule a tryout for our competitive program please contact the Academy directly.

In addition to our evening and weekend competitive program, we offer an elite training program Mondays to Fridays @12:45-5:45pm for those athletes attending high performance school programs such as Hollycrest and Silverthorn aiming to compete at the National and International level and possilby earn scholarships.
